Digital downloads purchased from Mars B Digital are non-refundable and cannot be returned. We do not offer a voluntary refund or return window for digital downloads.

If you cannot access your purchase, receive the wrong file, or encounter a problem with a file, contact hello@marsbdigital.com with your order reference, product name, and a description of the problem. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.
We will review the issue and help resolve download or access problems.
